  • Managed the implementation of the strategic plan to guide the organization forward

  • Chaired and created sexual harassment committee and guidelines to ensure diversity of membership while leading the writing of a comprehensive sexual harassment policy

  • Executed the strategic plan by creating an annual work plan and working with the Director of Operations to create a corresponding budget for Board review and adoption.

  • Facilitated the Board’s fulfillment of its governance responsibilities, including board-meeting agenda setting, fundraising on behalf of the organization, and identifying new Board members.

  • Designed, implemented and managed new online contributor program that within the first 24 hours raised $5,000

  • Created tracking grids to manage 150 unique sponsors and their festival marketing amenities executions. 

  • Produced new sponsor benefit packages to increase new sponsorship by 10% in less than 60 days while nurturing and enhancing current sponsorship relationships while securing several last minute sponsors to enhance events, VIP Lounge and overall festival.

  • Managed implementation of new ticketing system and distribution of sponsor passes.

  • Researched and applied for grants to support the Picture the Possibilities program.

  • Directed pre-festival installations of sponsorship benefits to ensure world class execution. 

  • Managed day to day operations of the Cinequest Film Festival to ensure that sponsor amenities were fulfilled.
